Le Centre de compétence des maladies auto-inflammatoires et de l’amylose inflammatoire (CeRéMAIA) se compose d’une équipe médicale et paramédicale pluridisciplinaire spécialisée – labellisée depuis 2007, centre de référence national – prenant en charge les patients atteints d’une maladie auto-inflammatoire ou d’une amylose inflammatoire.

Le service de Médecine Interne permet une prise en charge adaptée à tous les stades de gravité des maladies systémiques grâce à son offre complète qui intègre consultations, hospitalisation de jour, de semaine et traditionnelle ainsi que des soins de suite et réadaptation (SSR) interniste et polyvalent au sein de l’hôpital Bichat – Claude-Bernard. Outre la prise en charge des maladies rares, le service développe une forte activité de médecine diagnostique, programmée ou non (urgences, admissions directes), en articulation avec les autres services de spécialités de l’hôpital.

Plusieurs travaux de recherche translationnelle (recherche clinique, et fondamentale) concernant les maladies systémiques (lupus, syndrome de Gougerot Sjogren, maladie de Horton, sarcoidose,…) sont entrepris avec notre Centre de Recherche sur l’Inflammation, INSERM UMR1149, CNRS ERL8252, Faculté de Médecine site Bichat, Laboratoire d’Excellence Inflamex, Université Paris Cité.

Réseau des centres de référence des maladies auto-inflammatoires et de l’amylose inflammatoire (CeRéMAIA)

Le centre de l’hôpital Bichat est intégré au réseau national des centres de référence des maladies auto-inflammatoires et de l’amylose inflammatoire (CeRéMAIA), qui se compose d’un centre coordonnateur pédiatrique basé à l’Hôpital Bicêtre (Paris), de deux centres constitutifs adultes et deux centres constitutifs pédiatriques, auxquels s’ajoutent 16 centres de compétence répartis sur le territoire national.
